Canopy Access Review — Support

We provide support for Canopy Access Review directly. We're happy to help with installation, configuration, running access-review scans, exporting reports, interpreting results, and licensing or billing questions.

  • Your Atlassian site URL and Support Entitlement Number (SEN),
  • The App version,
  • A clear description of the problem or question, and
  • If relevant, the results from the App's built-in Health Check tab (it runs diagnostic probes and gives each a reference ID you can quote to us).

Canopy Access Review is read-only and egress-free — it cannot change your Jira data and sends nothing outside Atlassian. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.
